A misconception about corrective breast implants. Unless you are getting stupid-super titties, the "implant" goes behind the muscle. If they are done correctly, you won't know until she tells you. You probably won't even notice the lift scars, since they ring them, bring 'em up, and leave a tiny scar.
"Fake breasts" feel the same as "real breasts" unless they get the stupid size tweaks.

I disagree. I spent a fair bit of time feeling before and after. and natural is so much softer. if you know fake titties then I think you will always know if there is fake padding in a boob if you feel it. big difference in my opinion

What would matter to me would be the fact that my partner felt she had to look like a porn star in order to turn me on in the first place, let alone changing a piece of her that most of us men have no clue as to what it looks like in the first place. From what I have been told from a plastic surgeon friend of mine, inner labia reduction is common among stripper and porn stars and become increasing popular among females not in the industry.
