Get better lights or move lights higher if they are say 100w cfls and over, stop spraying just wait for soil to dry then water. Keep it simple your making watering hard.

Also, get the media up to the top. most common problem I see even from long time growers, leaving lots of space to the top of the pot. I notic the two that look better don't have this dead air space

I just thought it was weird he hsnt grown like the others also i got nothing to create humidity gunna buy a humidifier could that effect growth

No humidity dosent affect growth except too much which kills transpiration. Seedlings will be just fine in low humidity as they are in the wild.

Hey update the little one is still stunted little bit growth aslo are my lights to close there 23w 2700k cfl lights

I would recommend trynna get better lights, growth would grow more rapidly with led lights than cfl, but I mean as long as it’s not burning the leaves your good

it's much better to have your CFL's on their sides as opposed to up/down, you will get more light on the plants with the CFL on its side.

the CFL does appear to be very close....typically I would have them no closer than an inch away

Also....you should be using 6500k bulbs during veg, even 5K would be better........2700k is best for flowering
