one of my plants is floppy and doesnt stand firm. so when i look closer at the base of the plant where it meets the soil i see these little worm things living in the stem causing it to be weak what shall i do?

Well they are little worm like thing that burrow in stems and destroy plants from the inside out.

Explains why the plant cannot stand
