One week old seedling turning yellow from inside!

This is weird lol
This baby is one week old and tiny But I can see the root coming out of cup
Seems it has been grown deeply
Is it time to transplant her?
And what size of pot? I've a 2galon pot isn't it big for her?

That seedling is about to die
One died already
It seems like Pythium
But the healthy one is growing roots out of cup just like this so im gonna transplant her
This seedling looks like this now

Did you ever plant that back up?take the advice that many rollie pollies already gave you its pointless to ask if you dont do it thats why everyone stopped replying

Well actually i have only 2 seedlings and one of them is about to die as u see
But yeah I'll transplant the healthy one to soil
And i just dropped 2 more seeds in the water

I usually plant around 4-5 and then pick the best ones and scrap the rest after sex has shown its best to keep the ones you feel would be worth the effort
