So I have 4 fem Big Bang seeds down, now at one week. This is my second grow . First is just finishing and looking good.
I devised a small seedling / veg room out of a 70l rubbish bin with a 150mm fan on the top, 8 small intakes around the bottom and a 125w cfl with a cut down reflector. Not concerned about smell being in veg. My flowering tent is another story haha
Temps lights on = 24-26c and off 16-19c
Humidity = 45-75%
Growing medium = organic soil called terrazilla, it's a brand in Australasia, which contains ferts, 1.25ltr plastic pots mixed with some lime and perlite
Nutes: none, except one foliar spray of water and nitrozyime
Water: only watered once when I planted them, so I haven't watered in the week they have been growing. Ph adjusted the water to around 6.5
Plan is to veg for a few more weeks and then move to flowering tent, where I'll give them a week under a 400w MH and then switch to a 600w HPS
I'm just loving this little rubbish bin grow zone, cost me less than $100 haha and it's creating a perfect grow area.
Any advice or comments on how they are going really appreciated.
