ok do you know what strain it is? and are you ready for it to flower?if your satisfied with the size of your plant then go for it, and swap the lights. Those are just preflowers letting you know that she's ready to flower. but you can continue to veg. if wanted. If you dont know what strain it is then it could possibly have some auto in it and is just starting to do it's thing on its own. also a good flushing will help with the nute problems

The middle and lower leaves are mostly dark, just a few are starting to yellow. That makes me think your nitrogen levels are acceptable. I bet since you haven't been using nutrients and using distilled water that they are starving for PK and micro-nutrients. I'd go ahead and start feeding, I wouldn't flush since you haven't been feeding them -- its not going to solve anything. When you feed, include your base nutrients + micro and don't forget to keep PH that water. If new growth like the very tips of leaves start to curl or grow weird you might want to add Ca & Mg. or switch to tap water.

I think you should give it one good flushing and then start your feeding and far as it being an auto no need to swap the lights as it is not a light sensitive plant, they bud with age not the hours of light in the day so keep the lights the same. I would just flush and start feeding
