Ontario canada? Niagara falls?

I went to niagara falls last summer and had a blast, had to sneek my own herb across w me from ny to ontario. upon arriving i noticed a surprising amount of head shops. high times gift shop... stuff like that. how legal is weed there? how easy is it to come across? the only thing i could find was a seed bank in niagara. but selling mj seeds makes me inclined to believe next time i visit i shouldnt need to smuggle anything across international borders. any advise?

Ok so as far as I know, MJ in Canada is limited to medicinal use with doc's recommendation. But I'm not gonna lie, the penalties for possession if you aren't a patient cannot be bad at all.

The cops up here have enough to deal with. The legality of possession in Canada has been on and off for sometime now. The govt. is currently trying to set mandatory minimums for growing now, though it has a few more steps to take before that comes to fruition

In BC, I have been caught with a half ounce of weed or more, 4 times. No criminal charges stemming from those incidents either.

It's technically not legal for possession (though possessing up to an ounce was legal for a while, and it seems to flip back and forth and laws get repealed up here as often as Paris Hilton needs to wipe her chin)........

but the laws are generally relaxed....at least at this moment in BC. Alberta can be a little sticky. Don't now Ontario very well, but I would assume with the population and other issues in largely populated areas as such, the cops would have better things to deal with.

As long as you aren't out causing other problems, I have found MJ laws up here are there, but often overlooked, or dealt with mildly.

U can buy seeds legally in Canada (nothing required)... just find a store ... then... get yourself a
Niagara Falls ...pen ..... and DAMailMan ... voila ...

Canada kicks ass for smoking weed, ive also been caught ( in school when i was 17) with a half ounce, my principal said " please don't bring it again" and he keept it.
Also a few years back i went to the vapor lounge(toronto cafe), the waiter filled my bong and a few friends and i enjoyed some bongs then some munchies.

In my area we can buy seeds,clones, edibles and of course weed but never anything in flower unless your buying from some guy on the street

And head shops here are like gas stations, fuck some local gas stations sell pipes, bongs, anything u need, and salvia is found in any store ran by Indian or pakistany people(sorry don't know how to spell that lol)

well im from canada its pretty easy to come across if you go to a park i bet you 500 bucks youll see some older people with dreads and guitars and a joint and us canadians love meeting new people so i bet if you went up to them and said hey im from america can i sit with you theyd be just fine, cops dont normally suspect people too crazy here unless you look sketched out if you get caught with like 2 grams theyll just take it from you and give you a warning unless youve got like a ounce or more they dont usually give a fuck

Of course, certain cities are different. Some towns in Canada, you can't even fart without getting a conviction.

For example, don't get caught with weed in Mayerthorpe, Alberta where those 4 cops were popped by that dude. Don't even speed past on the fuckin highway.....but that is an extreme example of course.

does anybody know anything about niagara falls specifically? i plan on going in late spring

I just came back from a party in Niagara its an awesome place

Street bud is easy to come by and its pretty cheap and fairly good quality. I actually was just in Toronto also where there are seed shops a plenty but there prices can be a bit shameful.
I live near like 3 headshops and almost every convenience store here sells bongs and other smoking merchandise. Awh Canada!

I wouldnt be sneaking shit in man, ask any teenage on the street, they'll help you out, Canada's pretty easy about it

I visited Niagara bout 6 years ago. Me and my buddy scored from a valet dude at one of the hotels. Then we went to Sundowners and convinced one of the strippers to puff us down after they closed. Then she proceeded to drive us to the 2 big casinos at the time. Don't remember much after that. All in all the trip was a big success and Canada and Canadians are A-OK in this stoner's book.

You can find weed at most bars and parks and doormen. It's not legal here but sometimes I wonder. ( Med is legal) Just be cool about smoking and where you smoke. It's not legal to drive and toke here. What did you want to know about the Falls?

I went to Waterloo for a few years and one time even got pulled over with an ounce and smoke rollin out the car. Cop said "Just slow it down a bit and take care of yourselves." I couldnt believe it!

just places specifically, like parks or malls, i was in the tourist area and found alot of head shops and smelt burnign buds bud couldnt find anybody lookin like they had some for sale. i was glad i brought my own but was sure before the trip that it was unneccesary
