They'll eventually fight each other to survive. I'd give it a bit, then cut down the one which appears to be weaker.

When they're that young you can separate them if you're gentle. If you have the space I would take one out and put it in another container.

Real easy to seperate right now. They will be fine if your careful.

Separate them especially since they are both viable seedlings.

You can separate them or leave them. As long as you have enough root space/media the only issue is crowded growth ime. Sometimes seeds will pop as twins like this from one seed.
