Bhogart is in Rancho Cucomonga and San Jose. Sweetleaf (which is amazing) is somewhere in southern Oregon. the shit you see online is all certified for legal operations, they're not allowed to show uncertified online if they want to be selling to the legal manufacturers. Anyways it's way cheaper without that certification. sometimes you can get that info over the phone but I recommend going in to talk.
