Opinions on plant condition PICS under/over watering?

this past week I was gone for 5 days and had to leave my two waterfarms alone. When I got back, the plants looked droopy but had grown like crazy. The buckets were dry and no water was coming out of the drip ring. So is this just obviously underwatered? I just also wanted opinions on how the plants look overall healthwise.

droopy sad looking plants, are usually begging for water... in the same sense that when my dogs face is all droopy and sad looking, i know he wants to go out
