So my first grow didn't really go to plan...

I rushed it and Had none of the proper equipment which resulted in bud Rot, this meant harvesting early and getting a tiny amount of weed!

So obviously this time I wanna do it right, I found a grow kit in a shop near me and just wanted to know if it will suit mine and my seeds needs!

I live in a small house on a quiet street and I just wanna grow for personal use so I don't want anything big just big enough for 1 or maybe 2 plants but Ive heard the more space your plant has the higher the yield? is that true? If so how many plants would you recommend I use.

Here's the grow kit...

So I'm hoping people can tell me... Is that all I need is there anything really important missing? And how many plants could I fit?

Thanks for reading my post and I can't wait to hear from all you experienced growers

Newbie out!!!

Looks good. I would get a metal halide bulb for veg or a large blue spectrum CFL. Depending on how big you want your plants to be will determine how many you can put in it. I would do 4 and LST the shit out of them. Could be cool also to do a vertical SCROG in there. You would probably get more out of less that way.

Any pointers on the grow medium?
So LST is just bending the branches out to expose the lower branches to more light?...

How much bud do you want is a big factor to So how much are you expecting or want from the setup

at least 6-7oz if that's possible from one plant... Also where and what seeds are good for a newbie grower?
Make sure you veg for a long time if you want 6+ oz/plant and get the metal halide bulb. Once you get a bushy squat plant, when you flip to flower you should be able to push the weight up.

I might have to try out this method as I've never liked the idea of topping
Check out Super Cropping. I would much rather top than Super Crop, IMO. Think of how a Xmas tree grows, compared to a topped peach tree. Just one topping is enough. For me, it's easier to keep diagonally-growing branches spread out, rather than trying to bend the very top of a plant (unless you are going to Super Crop, then you bend to break it! Scary.)

I think I'm gonna try and stick to LST for now just watched a video on super cropping and I think I'll leave that to the pros lol!
Haha, supercropping is a little nerve wracking but it does work. I supercropped two of my plants and they both have nice size branches and the stems are noticeably thicker than the rest of the ladies. If you ever get some bagseeds, try it out. You may shed a tear like I did, but she'll love you for it.

Well i might have to experiment with that! Might have to do 2 plants with different methods and see which works best for me....

Anyone know what seeds I should get? I want a plant that grows quite quickly and has a high yield but doesn't require much experience any ideas? And would have to be able to grow in the conditions of the tent...
