Dig into it if you don't believe me.

Are you outdoors or inside?
It could be wrong but everything around it inside of it stem is good. Happened after peroxide was applied to it but it possibly could be wrong what do I do with can I cut off and rest of plant be fine. It was asking the question what do I do with. Was looking for advice what to do with.

And deal with that I really had I am here for advice I don't know I'm watching nothing about growing other than growing a few plants that have successfully grown with luck. The way I look at it. probably could have always done better. Thank you everyone

Those trichomes are burnt due to hydrogen peroxide. Not Bud rot checked and verified.. so wonder if it should be removed.. as it is a spot to retain moisture throughout the night.
It’s not just burnt trichs, it’s the leaves and growth point too! Regardless, if it’s rot, it needs to be removed, if it’s not rot, it still needs to be removed or it will be rot soon,
