3590s are just getting started at 100 to em. 120 to each cob lessens the efficiency, but top priority should be yield/performance#s not saving 5dollars on your electric bill for the month.
Optic runs there vero500s to high,but 3590 500s to high? I didn't know u could hit a 3590 to hard?
CXB3590 @100W has almost the same efficiency (and we're talking the top bin there) as Vero29 @100W. Beside that, Vero29 can handle heat better and is almost half the price. Putting 100W+ through a 3590 doesn't make much sense IMO. Huh?

I am really not an efficiency man. I am really not fan of the variation in quality of the emitter from Vero29.I like CB bin 3590s myself. a lot actually ,but I will always have Vero29 in my flower room Alesh:wink:, and there 30E10K0L 3000K 80 is a favorite:weed:

4 200watt vero29 promo HIGHYIELD
3000K for flower
4000K full cycle
5000K Veg
:peace:
Last run with 200watt Optic Vero29 . Emerald Triangle CottonCandyCane
Multiple Smaller wattage fixtures are better than a single high powered fixture because of light output control.

800+ watts of optic are needed for the 5x5 IMO

Hmmm , something i dont get it .
This 500W , ( mounted surely with vero29 ) cost 1.200 bucks
i got 3 vero 29 v2 with fan and driver , cost me 250 bucks , 50 bucks included was the shipping.
79W each ( 38V@1.2A ) so around 240W total .
for 1.2k bucks , i would have this , x 6 !!! 18 vero 29 with all needed to run them and 6x240W = 1440W

Do it yourself dude , if even me i had success to do it , i'm sure you can too ;)

OpticGrowLights 500watt vero29 is $899 with the HIGHYIELD code:weed:
Just the 4 Meanwell NPF 120 42s cost $250 in that fixture. For someone that wants max intensity for a flower area then the 500 is your fixture.

38v×1.2amps=roughly 45w....i think you'll need a little more then that to come out equal

Buy the 200s and as many as u need. each 1 covers 2x2 and putem 16 inches away and your good to go.. u might wanna think goin with 3500K with little more red in it! IMO
500s cases are to small for 3590s/V29s with 120 to em.
Pepes are switchin from V29 to 3590s because 11000lumens:weed: and therefore you can raise the fixture and thus increase flowering coverage area.
Do you have some prices and watt output of the top cxb3590??? I'm trying to work out what ones I need for say a 4x4 space maybe bigger?? Somthing like a output of 400/800watt how many and what cree cxb led chops would inhabitants to purchase and how much per led ??? Thank mate.
