Hello fellow farmers and folks! I am currently in a "limboish" state of affairs with replacing my magnetic tech ballasts and lighting with screw in LEDs that so far have performed pretty damn good! I do have a serious interest in establishing a great permanent light for flowering like a 630 cmh if I can find the proper set up and have the comfort/ease of use that I had with my 600 cool tubes of hps in 2008 I could just buy 3 x3x8 tent and throw a 600cooltube with supp lighting and alternate tents for the Fucken win! I don't like those electric bills. I do however ADORE the performance these FEIT LEDs at 5000k can put out! 2000 lumens a piece or close enough that I may have rounded up lmao! 5headed lamp with all 5k LEDs that have had the plastic spectrum diffuser taken off. I just at the current time make sure plenty of air is flowing on the lights and have had pretty good success. My only real issue anymore is just dialinging in my lighting and the distance of said lighting for my gardens.
I should probobly invest in a light meter eventually I do realize that. Can any of you with decent experiance with these set ups help me figure out an ideal distance for these varying cultivars to achieve maximum penetration......I should make a varietal named maximum penetration lmao!
Curious if I could get a fellow farmer or two to walk me throu this so I can better understand this tech I'm using and maybe help others in the future with what I learn from my experiances! Always pay it forward in the cultivars world IMHO!
So check em out here, give me some insight please!
The New England coffee cup has a loompa farms yeti og branch I cut off and experimented with SUCCESSS!!!!!!!! No aloe gel, just an 45degree angle and kept it warm and moist like a beautiful vagina!
I have a feeling I'm gonna name one of these ladies guacamole queen!
