Optimal lighting distance seedling

Thank you....my seelings have 2 in. stem and I have them placed 12 in. under small 25 watt equivalent led source with full spectrum. Is this too close...or not enough.
How long can the stems be without fear of inadequate stem st

If they are stretching maybe move light closer if they start to burn move them away. I have 2000w. Equivalent full spectrum. Led mine sat about 40 in. From my seedling?

My understanding is if your hand can’t stay under lights without burning its to hot.

I brought mine closer to get the 80* f temp

The first one for sure! But maybe that’s my lack of experience. Looks like a deformity and not sure if it will out grow it. Might have to create a new thread for that one.

the other one is looking good to me!
