Optimal Temp and RH for veg and flower?

I know that each strain is different in what they call as the perfect growing environment, so just looking for the general temp and RH for both veg and flower...

I'm currently running veg at about 75-80 temp, and 40-45RH

For flowering, I was told to keep it at 70-75 temp, and keep the RH as low as possible especially towards the last couple weeks of flowering. Does everything sound right?

for veg 75-80 is good and rh can be 60-65 with good air flow.
for flower you will get tons of preferences, i like 80 lights on, 67 lights off. you still need good humidity or plants will work too hard trying to move water and not build buds, but not too much to cause mold. i like 50-60rh in a well controlled room with co2.

I do 70-80 veg 60 humidity

75 to 83 flower day 68 to 75 night humity 50-55
