Now I do not intend to "push back on TOS" I am not challenging anyone's authority or pride.

I do know this about Cannabis (AKA HEMP) seeds here in Illinois.

They are legal. Legal to buy, gift and sell.
I believe the reason is the Federal law:

So this post is for conversation purposes only however, I will make a joke at the end.

I know I know folks are going to say that the plants that grow from some "Hemp seed" will violate Federal Law because it will exceed the THC % of what is it 0.03% or maybe it is 0.3% BUT the seeds themselves won't.
Sure sure if they are in jars and there is some leftover plant material that is above that percentage, that, one could technically be in possession of a controlled substance but as far I as I understand the seeds themselves are not a controlled substance.
Now if you are not allowed to germinate said worry-some seeds and you do well there is the Federal Supremacy clause no matter what your State Laws are.

Now I am asking for information only purposes and I do believe I had a conversation here on RIU with two DEA officers about it but the wisdom of the crowd should do fine to refresh things; Does this apply to interstate commerce. That Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 that is?
Okay as promised a Joke : RIU could be a Co-Conspirator in the manufacture of a schedule one substance with all the evidence publicly displayed.

:)
We are a privatized forum and we can choose what we allow anddont allow here and currently our lawyers say we should not allow the sale gifting or trading of cannabis seeds etc.
And were well within our right to do so. i believe other forums allot it you can go there :)

Sucks but it is what it is.

I sure need some help dialing in the LEDs.

I'll do the Orange and the possible Orange x Mendocino~Love mix and see if any will sprout.

I have to wait because we all know what the heavy hand is like when we are growing these days. I can only have five plants in Illinois. California has it right with twelve.

Ok so I came across orange crush today....I smoked it once around 2004-5....this stuff looks nothing like it used to, possibly because of today's growing methods....or maybe it's a recreation or something idk

Back in the day, I remember it being green. But covered in bright orange hairs, having a citrus/orange flavor....and a very relaxing, chill high, but wouldn't put you to sleep.

In 2023, this shit is purple and green, with orange hairs that pop, but not abnormally covering the buds.....the taste of this stuff, I guess could be an intense citrus, but to me it translates more to a gassy flavor, which is absolutely nothing like Orange Crush should be lol....the high is intense body, but doesn't put you to sleep....basically the same high as it used to be.

I liked it better in 2004....great example of why I dispute that ppl are better at growing and that everything ppl do now is a "growing advancement".....old school growers will always be better imo.
