Do you spray your plants with any liquid ferts ANYTHING??? Looks like where liquid has pooled up in spots and burned because light magnification. Sometimes leaves lay on top of one another and while they aspirate they produce wetness. Wetness plus a fan and hid lighting will burn. Ive had this before and that was what my problem wass

How close are the plants to the lights? If the plant gets too close to a light, it will burn them like that. Even if it's only close for like 20 seconds. It tends to happen in flowing as the plant shoots up and gets close to the light.
