Ordered Two Seeds, First Failed Germinating. How Should I Germinate the Second?

i nevr liked the paper towel bullshit-spend the 25 bucks get a seedling heat mat, cheap plastic dome and some rapid rooter or jiffy plugs i started 3 or so yrs ago with paper towels with terrible germ rates,since i started plugs and a dome 2 yrs or so ago i very rarely ever have any not pop even nirvanas shitty seeds pop that way

you can try one last thing with your seed before throwing it out, cut it with a very sharp nice to just barley break the skin, moisture will get in and probably germ it, worked for me once.

lucky u,mines fucked up my shit bad i threw that bullshit away. i hear alot of ppl with this problem. im no the only one.
