Hey I'm a high schooler, and I still live with my parents. What would be the best way to get seeds off of the internet, because I can't have them delivered to my house. Any help is appreciated.

To be a member here someone is supposed to be 18 years old or older. Being in high school I would suspect that you have not yet reached the age of 18 years old and broke the rules when joining. If you are 18 years old and still in high school I have to wonder about your chances of getting into a college.
Since you are here you might want to check the laws where you live because where I live someone caught growing cannabis plants in their parents home can if charged and convicted with growing with the intent to distribute (called different things in different areas) the person's home can be taken by the law and sold at auction. That could possibly happen to your parents if you were caught and the laws are the same or close to being the same.
Is some herb you grow yourself worth possibly risking your parents losing their home, that is if they own it?
Another possible charge they could face is allowing you to grow. They can swear they do not know, and maybe they never would know, but regardless of that if in a trial it is made to sound like they had to know and did nothing to stop you then they are might not only be found to be complicit in the crime of growing but can also be charged with various things like contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possibly child endangerment.
How much do you care for your parents? More than a few grams of herb are worth to you?

yes i had the same trouble as you. and there is nothing you can do besides grow out side with bad seed. and dude dont me stupid and try and grow in college. that is the most inportant part of your life. so stick to bag seed .
