Id forget the rockwool until u have a few grows under ur belt,i lost a few seeds trying to start them in it too when I was starting,fuck that thats a waste,get urself rapid rooters or germ them in paper towel then put them in dirt.also,i think its important not to keep "checking" ur seeds and fucking with them,thats why its better to germ them first,peace of mind they have popped.
