This place will sell you seeds not currently in their inventory. And will ignore your emails, phone calls, and text messages to verify anything until they receive your cash. Then give no apologies for their mismanagement and to keep your money for store credit. Beware unless you like sending your cash for products you do not want to buy because they don't have the inventory their site claims and do not look or verify anything until they have your money so you're stuck with buying something you don't want or having store credit. I should note it wasn't a total steal of my cash so far as they did offer store credit or other inventory I did not want but I am out the cash I had set aside for the seeds I was looking for and will have to pay someone else more cash now to get them.

Is it possible it got sold out while others paid before they got your cash in the mail?

So they don't know how to manage their inventory then and instead choose to do business this way. It is an inventory system that counts down the number of packs they supposedly have and displays it. So with this logic then it's cool to double sell their inventory? All it would have taken was simple communication when I called, texted, or emailed but they choose to ignore until they have your cash. I've since found other seedbanks that respond and don't do this.

I just ordered from them for black friday, sent payment yesterday. I'll give em a day or so to respond but if they don't I'll just cancel the money order and continue ordering from DC Seed Exchange.

I doubt they'll rip you off. Just their customer service sucks. I ended up trying to use my store credit coupon last week and selected new seeds and two days later got a shipment notification. It arrived and instead of sending me my seeds I ordered, it was cash back instead. I guess they decided they don't want my money anymore.
