lol nothing wrong with blood meal its perfectly safe , i am surprised no one mentioned .
Feather meal, or Alfalfa meal ... Cotton seed meal .soya bean meal, corn glutten meal
Bat guano as far as i am concerned and not knowing if the host bat shit has rabies,,,
or what other possible disease , then when your dealing with it inhaling spores can get you Histoplasmosis no thanks i will stick to other animal by products :)
I know, I know. 6-1, 6-12 the other...But some of us just have a problem with the Antibiotic's in the blood, bone and feather meals......They do work, it's up to you to choose whats good for you.......I hate the division among organic growers on this and other products used.....Like urea....I don't care what any "board of organics" decides.....Urea is organic...BUT, I sure don't use it and never will!

I do love Alfalfa meal.

I prefer to run Lava stone over Perlite.....Perlite floats up and gets all over the place......

Hmm, sigh,,,,
2 gallons of each.
1/3 EWC, Canadian peat, Lava stone (small) - If I have to. I will use perlite in a pinch.

I am guessing you mean full strength WO soil? I do 3 kinds,,,,seedling, Base and FSWO......The Base is my personal mix for adjusting the FSWO for particular strains/length of veg/bloom for them.....The FSWO will work for what you want....

Now I add to the above

1/2 C O shell
1/2 C DG egg shell
1 cup crab meal
1/2 cup high N bat guano - Super nitro - Roots organics
1/4 cup Peruvian Sea Bird guano
1 cup Fishbone meal
3 cup SRP (soft rock phosphate)
2-3 cups Powdered Gypsum
3/4 cup azomite
1/2 cup Kelp meal
1/2 cup Alfalfa meal - Dr. Earths, it has micro beasties in it.
I'll add a dry Myco's mix at about 1/2 cup - I like a balanced one that favors the fungal side a bit....
Now I'll water with the FUL-HUMIX solution made with rain water and let it cook for 30 days....

No Cook is when I reboost the used soil with a premixed NPK that I make for reusing soil.....
I know kinda a long list.....it could be simpler,,,,,but it's what I like for what I do.....Even the "blending" for different use's is kinda odd to some people, but I like to.....
It's all about what you like and how you like to do it.
I mean animal byproducts like Blood and bone work fine.....some of us just don't prefer to use it....

Here's that handy list of NPK values again....

Urea can be made from organic and inorganic matter,, I think that is why its up in the air in organics
To the op just get a compost bin going and start throwing in your waste vegetables add top soil, worms, card board, grass clippings hell i even throw in used bacon fats couple cups a month keep watering it After two cycles .
Then find some base soil preferably top soil, add 25 percent peat moss bag of shrimp compost or sea compost, sheep manure then go 50 / 50 compost to that stir the hell out of it water it take sample in for testing pay the extra 20 bucks or what ever and they will tell you what to add
As far as i am concerned going blindly on soil is eventually going to lead you into issues over applying one nutrient over the other ,, here my mixture i use water only
10 percent cardboard ( Worm Food ), 30 percent top soil , 30 percent compost , 20 percent fresh grass clippings 5 percent worms 5 percent humic acids
This is what i been using for my garden for 40 some years first year actually going to try it with MJ
Water only

PS as for test results getting it to desired levels
