Organic ph up and down

Wow. More over complications. Next run remix your soil with 30% coco-coire, 10% perlite and a half cup of quality orchid mix per gallon of soil. Add 1tbsp per gallon of dry lobster kelp fert. And your synthetic nutes are killing any herd thay tries to grow. General Hydroponics up and down are fine in my house.

Best wishes from soil grower.

There autos Have u ever been a n living soil soil before ? Runoff ppm starts at 4000 out the bag Ppm don’t make sense to use for organic soil unless u measuring water going in
I just measured my runoff for the first time and it was 4500 I damn near fainted. I'm not educated in this subject but I read threads on here with ppm in the 100's. My soil is FFOF and half pound of nature supersoil.

Common issue. Why I mix at home now. Hard flush with tap water. Should flush the build up and fix some PH issues. Unstable and overly dense for pots. People don't realize these soils are built for in ground and sold as potting mix. LOL.

That supersoil shit is definitely no joke. The worst smell I have ever smelled in my life and I've been within inches of dead body's including one that was in the Euphrates River for weeks. My plants seem to love it but I'm never using it again unless I can do something about the smell.

I shared my solution. All I know to work. And get organic water soluble ferts. Killing that stinky stuff with oil based. Wasted money.

PPM should have a gradual increase from veg-flower. There are many basic ppm charts to follow, However, start small.. watch your plants reaction. PPM can be made up of a lot of stuff. salts, acids,minerals..etc ppm is not temperate changing but it will EC

The gradual increase yes. But you should still try to float your PH within the range. Never the same twice. You want to eat the limited by PH menu of available food? Or enjoy a balanced variety through variety? It is all really simple when reading nature and not sales brochures. I played that foolish game. Now I spend that time trimming and enjoying. LOL. But My opinion is here.

How ? With the worm casting like u talking
1. Get worm castings
2. Add a handful or two to the top layer of soil
3. Add 1 tsp of kelp meal (optional)
4. Add 1 tsp of fish bone meal (optional)
5. Add mulch (optional)
Is there a more basic idea then this. This is my very first grow Just a question but Wud I be able to make a simple worm casting tea ? Sorry I don’t want to shut your idea down but Iam still in the rookie phase and will try to follow but don’t wanna make ol yeller more mad at me. Wud I not be able to bubble like 2 cups of worm casting in a cheese cloth in a 5 gallon for 24 hours then pour that onto my soil
Easy worm tea recipe
1. Get worm castings
2. Bubble 1-3 gal clean water in a bucket
3. Add 1 tsp molasses
4. Dump in 2 cups worm castings
5. (Optional) add 2-4 tsp kelp meal
6. (Optional) add 1-3 tsp liquid fish fertilizer
7. Bubble for 24-36 hours and serve
Can be further strained for a folar feed sprayer; dump any sediment left over in with recycling soil

I would stick with molasses over raw honey, personally, honey is naturally anti-microbial. That's why it can last forever, honey has been found in Egyptian tombs unspoiled. People have also used it for centuries to treat wounds because it kills bacteria.

I've read(never tried it myself) that honey can be used to root clones because of its ability to create an antiseptic environment. But antiseptic is anti good when it comes to living soils and teas
Honey does contain a lot of minerals and vitamins that could be useful for plants, but its natural anti-microbial properties make it problematic for living soils and teas, in my opinion.
