Buds are nice and firm. Smells really good. 38 days after sexing but if you count from 12-12 than it would be 52 days flowering.

lighting set up... 6400k for main bulb ... 2700k for side lighting (or slightly higher into yellow range) so far, so good... soon I will be switching main bulb to 2700k and have side lighting at 6400k to keep a full spectrum going.
Nice! looking really healthy. Keep up the good work! :peace:

Must credit "Pineappleman420" with the huge come through on the help... He pretty much, single-handedly, saved me from throwing it in the trash... I started out with 6, 1 didn't germinate, 1 died, 3 were males, 1 female, and without him I wouldn't have it. Thanks for the compliment. It definitely is possible to grow good plants with CFLs.

Setup is Airpots... Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil... Fox Farms Nutes... Everything from them is perfectly balance and the Airpots are doing me a huge service. Even though it is unknown strain, it is coming in very nice for only 1.5 months into my FIRST grow.

P.S. IF you get a certain soil, I suggest always using the same nutes from that company, as they usually are setup for use with their soils and other products, the more you mis-match, the more problems you could have.

Also may I suggest, for any other CFL growers.... try some LST... (low stress training) it increases surface area the light can penetrate the canopy and the leaves will absorb more light, thanks again!

Did you happen to trim the fan leaves? you want to leave as many leaves as possible / More leaf surface area = more light absorbed = bigger better buds.... it looks like maybe over trimming may have been a problem UNLESS you did that before harvest. BUT I will say, for a first grow, for what you did get, it looks pretty impressive.

Also another point to add, when you trim leaves, only trim the lower ones, that don't get much light. it will concentrate growth on the upper part of the plant (the best part) and also when you trim leaves or top the plant, you want to let It recover at least 3-5 days before trimming again or even 1 or 1.5 weeks before toopping again, thus letting the plant recover and regain some growing power. If you trim or top more than 2-3 times it could really stump the overall growth, and cut down big time on the overall THC content, same as any other plant you grow, more recovery the better.

I actually did it after harvest. That picture was taken right before I chopped it to hang upside down. I should note too, I grew it in a audio speaker lol. But I agree with the leaves, the more the merrier on the top! The pots I used were 20oz I believe too. I definitely can't wait for my second go at it! definitely see many improvements I can make :) I used Dr Earth Organic fruit & veg soil and Kellogg organic plus fish and kelp fertilizer. Very basic stuff.

Thank you for the kind words! Thanks for all the tips too, I will use them for sure on my 2nd grow! I'm gonna grow only 1 plant in the space given instead of 2. Should help quietttt a bit.

Well last year I got my **s handed to me by a grower because of my methods of growing. Well here it is: straight compost soil, teas made with banana peals.Alaga syrup, tea leaves, epsome salt, sardine juice and wood chips or mulch. Sounds a bit much but I'm very careful and precise on when and how to use these ingredients

i have not tried to get very involved into that yet, as I'm not used to growing... I have grown many things, but this is first time for this. Also I'm sure it works, its just not for me at this time. Sounds like it would work good. I like to keep it simple. I'm not trying to win the cannabis cup (yet) so maybe in future I will try something different out on a couple of strains. Also what works for you, works for you. No one should be demanding how to do things or get upset. It is YOUR grow afterall..
