Ok, so i have 2 plants growing outsid in a plastic greenhouse that are just getting way too tall ( around 6 foot) and i need to prune them to keep them in the grenhouse.
The plants i think are just bout to flower, if i top or prune them will this affect the plant? (with regards to flowering)
I m Also worried that the plnts will ush out too much for the wee greenhouse, any sugestions geatly appreciated
lso some advice on the best place to te cuttings from and how big they should be (how many nodes etc)

This early into flowering you should be fine to top off a foot! or two! . I was over at a buddy's house the other day and he was having this problem, his were growing over the privacy fence so what we did was "snapped its neck" you could say. We went up about 4 ft from the ground and just snapped the stalk in half so it laid over. Staked it up with a stick so it was horizontal and has made a good recovery and is now growing horizontally kinda crazy! If the stem snaps open I hear you can just splint it with wood and scotch tape it so it will heal.

Totally, also if you want to not "stress" her just rope her off to some stakes and you can probably tie the whole plant with a nice bend from the staulk just be careful and only take a few inches out of the roper per day, and you might be able to get some good bend to her, but yeah MJ is very resilient to stem damage, I once saw a pic of plant some guy had grafted with a ring in the middle, pretty F'in awesome,

Has it started forming buds yet? I've seen people do that bending trick which is ALOT less stressfull on the plant but the problem is by the time their that big the stem is pretty stiff and can snap easy, hince why dude said to lower it slowley day by day. I'd say if your just starting to form buds your plants gonna blow up man...

I had the same problem this year to using Aptus outdoor pellets but you are lucky you are doing it in a small greenhouse. Should be easy to top your plant and make a few clones since it does not look to be far into flowering. That way you can stick them under TLs and store them for next year if you really like the strain.

Other options
If you had a bit more space would be to use thin metal wire to tie down parts of the plant.

The ol' super crop method would probably work.Just give the top chute a good firm permanent bend and it should have the same effect as topping. It sends hormones to the rest of the plant to grow shorter and stalky....my opinion,I just did it in a greenhouse where the plants were around 6-7 feet and it worked great.Or just let it grow and bend against the cieling....
