Loving those bamboo trellises you made, I was thinking of something like that a while back but never went through with it. I dig it!

I don't know for sure. It is an old clone but has never been exposed to less than 14 and a half hours of light and been outside in full sun since may 25.
1 week of stretch later, plants grew 1 foot 2 inches, it's 4'2 hoping it'll stop below 5'. This was taken after some selective pruning, inward growing shoots, damaged/overlapping leaves. Popped seeds April 1st, vegged for 15 weeks (10 in ground), mainlined to 32 colas, un-ironically any guesses at final product weight? Really hoping for a pound, for the prestige

You have pictures of the plant you grew last fall you would share?
It has this great Mexican bud smell, to my mind, like the old herb from the 70s, a certain spicy, peppery aroma. I realize my memories are tattered and torn, this is a really nice result for me! Crossed it with Royal Kush and am really excited to finish up a couple of those plants outdoors, this summer!

I've never heard that before but it's an interesting hypothesis. I've found that if I overfeed autos indoors I'll know right away, but for some reason outdoors they can take a lot more nutes often without obvious issues. I've had thick leafed plants, and always assumed it was genetics. It's great that you're doing two series of the same plants, it'll provide a more accurate comparison. I don't grow that many plants per year and tend to go for variety, it's fun but leaves me with little specific comparative data. Look forward to hearing how these finish for you.

The first round was grown in ground under poly couldn't get a fade no matter how much water i dumped on them just dark green an tons of leaf, These are in 3 gal pots of promix very easy to control what they get miss 1 feed an they start to fade.

I didn't realize you also went from growing them in the ground to growing in pots. For various reasons, I made the same change. Growing in the ground made them easier to care for (especially in hot weather) and they got significantly bigger than the ones I grow in pots now. Now I'm even more interested to hear how these compare in the end!
