It's not the post count alone- but it says something about how much you value initial impressions, a level of respect for older members who 'know more of the story' or about other members concerned in a topic. Post count is also indicative of experience- we all learn alot coming here- it intimidates people when a relative stranger comes crashing in, offending people, making assumptions and having a generally unfriendly tone.

Personally, I like to get all warm and cuddly with everybody; bitterness never helped anyone. But that is hard when someone comes in and immediately presents themselves as abrasive. It is natural for someone to get defensive.

You can choose to ignore me though, Midnight Gardener. I learn this 'social' business through observation, not intuition, so you may say I am talking a load of bollocks.

Lot's of people don't like me because I tell it like it is, I'm not here to make you like me and don't give the first fuck if you don't like me because I simply told it like it was. imho we need more people in this world that will tell you the truth, not less. What we don't need are all these ass hats that will piss on your leg and try to tell you it's raining. Just keep it real please.

In this context, grow skill does not matter. It is your attitude towards other people. The OP didn't have anything ready to smoke yet and so that is why he was complaining he was without. You came in saying 'why are you saying this on a grow forum' under the assumption that he was just another kid complaining his dealer was on holiday or he ran out of cash. Granted, these kinds of threads pop up all the time, as aforementioned. However, you can't really criticise the suitability of someone's post (where there is no offensive material and he is just talking about his personal life) when you are as yet unfamiliar with the convention in this forum. You are missing the point. I am telling you because I need people to point out the obvious to me alot. I am also wrong alot, but it's clear what the issue is here.

That aside, yes, post count does not always directly correlate with grow experience. One may simply spend alot of time posting incoherent bullshit in this subforum or in game/troll threads or copy and paste stuff. Some may be old growers but new joining this site. The fact of the matter is, the more you stick around, observe and interact with others, the happier you will be. I have learnt alot meeting people and making friends. If you are solely interested in yourself or purely factual grow advice, why stay in the subforum created exclusively for baked-ass random chatting? Once more though, post count is not the be all and end all- look at mine; I'm a teenage girl.

Anyway, I hope you don't take this as a personal attack. I'm not trying to make you feel bad. I need alot of correction myself and have learned to not always 'jump the gun'

A gram for 24 hours? Lucky you Low tolerance people. On a bit of a binge, I will smoke a quarter in a day. But I save, stash, take breaks or have periods where I cut down/smoke resin/roaches even when I have the weed. I'll also space out my really good stuff with the oz of very frosty shake I have. You wouldn't think it'd be that special... The shake is a great surprise.

It not about tolerance....cause if you wanna go there, I'm pretty sure I could smoke you under the table youngster XD. It's more about will power and knowing how to stop once you're high. The weed around where I live is so good that it only takes about a bowl to get lit for a few hours. I also don't find the need to smoke like a train. I've hit the age where I don't need to be completely obliterated to be happy. I'm even starting to move away from indicas because of how boring they are.
Smoke a little; play video games all day.
Smoke a lot; go to sleep....kinda boring.

That said, when I don't have to ration I blow through weed like fucking....something that you blow through very fast.....er something...im high....o_O

The record for me is half an ounce between the hours of 9pm and 2 am in Amsterdam. But never ever again will I smoke like that... We only did it because it was cheap and we were rolling 10" plus.

Actually, that sounds like a great idea... Come over here and smoke me under the table, it sounds fun :3

when the bud runs out is when you take out your frozen trim and make kief. since the essential oil doesn't evaporate you can use is to make kief for weeks or months. and it's way more potent than bud.

Awe you're so sweet kuroi, even when I'm being douchey. Funny how weed puts things in perspective sometimes. It's EXACTLY about keeping your tolerance low. When you're broke, you have to keep your tolerance low. You were right! lol Sorry.
