Out of Nutrient Solution That Came With My Rockwool: Replace It With?

I'm a first time grower. I have two AK-47's, growing hydroponically, and they're fed for fifteen minutes, four times a day (drip method, I guess.) The plants are two or three weeks from going 12/12.

The problem is I've run out of the dummy-proof nutrient bottles that came with my rockwool. What do I use now?

I'm happy to order the stuff and wait for delivery. But is there something I can buy locally that I can mix into my water, that will adequately feed my plants during their 12/12 phase?

I have to say that my little grow room system is SO easy that the plants are practically growing themselves.

All I do is replace the water every two weeks (I use three gallons of water in my tanks), check the PH regularly, and the plants do fantastic.

I dont know of any thing local stores i would order technaflora starer kit it works good
