outdoor attitude freebees

so i got my seeds for my next outdoor grow. i also got some g13 labs seeds, im thinking of growing the thai super skunk outside. but it takes fucking forever to flower,14-15 weeks. anyway, would veging it from may 1 to july, then forcing it to flower be a good idea? would it to be ready by oct?

o yea, the climate is between 80-90*f with the occasional 90*f+ heatwaves. the plants are right next to the bay

so nobody thinks 2 months veg is enough time?
there is 12 hours,more or less of sunlight each day.
