Outdoor Auto-Flower Strains

I understand that auto-flower plants are smaller typically.
I will be growing these plants outside with decent exposure on one side of my upstairs deck.
My reason for auto-flower strains is due to my limited time frame to tend to the plants this spring before traveling. I can't wait until the Fall.
I'll have about a 10.5 foot by 2 foot area to grow in.

How much space (sq-ft) does each plant need?

#3 or #5 Air-Pots?

thanks

My northern lights autoflowers are taking up about 2.25 sqft each. (18x18x44") I would do 13. 7 in front, 6 in back, staggered. I think that will be about ideal for yield if you were using the same strain.

With air pots or fabric pots you can afford to go smaller with 3 gal pots and especially with the shorter lifecycle of an autoflower

3 gallon would be slightly constraining on my autoflowers, but that may be a good thing to fit more.

There are auto's out there that get to "normal" size.....Iranian Autoflower from Dr. Greenthumb comes to mind. I ran some for testing and found it to get quite big and yield well.

Not very many options there.

That will show the top 20, but they have like 200 different strain/breeder options available. I'm sure Attitude is similar, worth looking there to compare first at least, could buy from elsewhere if you like the deal and trust the vendor. Don't trust any of the stats though, not without checking reports, some breeders may have true stats but many don't.
