Found my growth issue. Soil PH is at 8 and the other holes are around 7.6-7.8. I'm guessing microbe activity must have plummeted, because the soil is fairly loaded.

That's common. I tested midday when I knew it was slightly moist yet drying out. I top dressed with a light amount of sulfur (1/4 cup per plant). I'm going to change up my nutrients as well. Going to go with age old grow, kelp, ej catalyst, and add in Bushdoctor microbe brew into the mix.
I like your blue dreams mate. I crossed a fem trippy gorilla onto a blue dream. Hoping to make it more potent.

How quick do you think the sulfur will lower the ph? At this stage take it slow what ever you do plants are growing fast and stretch is around the corner.

I have no idea how fast it'll lower. I calculated that it would take about half a cup to get it all the way from 8 to 6.5. However ph varies on moisture content as well. I did introduce a large amount of microbes back into the soil which would help reduce the ph. I'm not expecting an immediate correction of ph. I'm hoping for a slight adjustment before bio activity returns it to normal.
I have already seen a difference as the plants are now growing at a fast rate again and have darkened up. I credit the age old grow for that. I gave a healthy dose to the soil and foliar fed twice. Tomorrow I will ph the soil again at the same time as the previous test to see if the ph is normalizing. I don't think it has completely. I think they are reacting to the chemical ferts in the age old that have been foliar fed.

Tested today. All soil tested between 7.2 - 7.4 and looking better by the day. The growth rate it crazy different. I'm bummed that a month of veg time was essentially wasted.

I'm glad I've documented this whole thing. I'm running into a lot of common problems. Hopefully this helps some new people down the line.
So, now I've got spider mites. Noticed them about 4 days ago. This is what happens when you get lazy on prevention. I stopped feeding sns 209 for about 3 weeks because I was experiencing no pest issues. So why waste expensive product, right? First night I hit them with a heavy dose of spinosad. The results were nothing spectacular but I did notice it did knock them back a bit. The next night I hit them with big time exterminator. That killed about 85-90% of them. The only reason I don't think I got more is because the foliage is just so thick. To make things worst my plants are transitioning into flower, so time is of the essence. My plan is to rotate the spinsosad and big time exterminator every night until I see no further activity. Meanwhile, I'm going to include the sns209 in the daily waterings for a few days and hope that takes effect within the next week or two. As of right now there's no real damage or stress on the plants other than the speckled marks they leave. Only one plant has them in any significant number, the other 4 only have a few spots on some lower foliage. Other than that everything is going great. Here's some more pictures for growth comparison.

Sprayed heavy with big time exterminator last night. I checked this morning and couldn't find a single living mite. That stuff is awesome.

So how did it turn out? Just saw the spider mite attack, and that's all she wrote! Was just curious how it ended up, I assume yr in Washington state as well. I'm trying to finish 5 blue dream plants and am racing against the clock big time. Oct 15th is about the latest I wanna take em...

Well, I lost the plants that had mites and the 3 near them due to whatever happened to those particular plants while I was out on evacuation from a fire. All evidence points to someone poisoning them while checking my property during the evacuation. The other 5 are perfectly fine and doing great(they are more hidden) other than finding some budworm eggs on one of them about an hour ago. I picked off what I could find. They reek of a sweet yet sour blueberry. Love it! Just bummed I lost my 5 largest plants and potentially have another pest battle ahead. Also, no I'm in Norcal.

So the pest battle was quick and easy. 0 worms made it in to my buds. Only 3 eggs managed to elude me and I caught the worms immediately after hatching. I checked each plant every 8 hours for about a week and still see 0 signs of any activity. From my estimates I'm about 2 weeks out from harvest. I did have to pull a branch early due to the wind(it was unable to heal from the damage). Blue dream definitely cannot hold it's own weight. I'm getting ready to set up a dry and cure tent. My plan is to run a 4x4 tent with a humidity controller hooked up to an inline exhaust fan and a humidifier. For cure a will run a temp controller to the fan and heater with boveda packs in the mason jars. That's my plan anyways. Here's a bud pic taken at dusk.

I ended up turning the drip system off on Thursday the 5th with the intention of starting to harvest on this last Saturday. Unfortunately for me, UPS decided the 2 day shipping on the humidity controller should take 5. So I got my start on Sunday. The BDH(refer to first post) turned out to yield the least. I wish I could tell you how much specifically, but the scale is missing. Let's just say It's significant enough that I will never order (BDH) seed form. The others that were appropriately trained faired well, but what is most impressive, the only untrained plant yielded the most by an overwhelming margin. I don't have a total yet due to the mysterious disappearance of my large scale, but I'm happy with the results. I have almost completed all the wet trimming, but the branches are all hanging in my automated drying tent with 1: 5 gallon bucket(with gamma lid) of smaller buds starting cure. I have yet to to pull off a cure that I am satisfied with, so this could still turn south for me, but I am prepared. I have wireless humidity sensors for each bucket and watching them like a hawk. Input is always appreciated. Eventually, I will post a good conclusion of the entire grow that I think will have a lot of great info for people like me still trying to dial it all in. I didn't take a lot of pictures during harvest due to being so busy and short handed, but I can atleast show me filling up the tent. These colas are huge, can't tell from the pics though. Gotta love outdoor

While getting ready for this year's round, I realized I never gave the final results of this one. For anyone who was interested, the final yield was 6.5 lbs dried and cured for the 5 plants that survived the journey. I didn't take a wet weight like I wanted to. The smoke was great. Definitely top 5 I've personally had. Not a really strong smelling strain, but absolutely great flavor and high for functional smoke(which i generally prefer). I wish the local fire situation had not ruined my clones. I would definitely run it again. I'll be starting a new thread for the Digital Genetics White Fire Widow Og within the next week. I haven't been able to find any threads or logs on this strain, so I hope I can provide some public grow info for it. Until then folks...

Next time I grow BD it will definitely be clone only again. The seed versions just aren't quite there. I'm curious if it's worth breeding my own. You can still get DJ Short Blueberry to breed with the haze.
