Maybe a type of weevil but I don’t see a pointed snout area which would usually indicate a leaf feeding version.
not sure though so geographical insect search your location and beetle species with horizontal stripes on its back.
a lot of weevils tend to have vertical stripes rather Than horizontal.

It’s a stink bug of some sort. Not fully mature. There are a few that look similar at this stage.
