Outdoor clones

Hi to all , got some issues with my outdoor clones , many years ago I crossed a Afghan mother with unknown male , the seed I didn't like so I threw 20 seeds outside in a pot none came up 5 months later a single seed came up and I grew it out and was exactly the same as the Afghan mother plant down on the lower stems I took 2 clones from plant , and planted in a huge 300 liter pot , they took of growing past winter the 2 clones are now 12 foot high and 3 foot round the odd thing is they stayed in preflower and only have one to 3 leafs will I get a good harvest of them or what the clones are way weird for my liking , but are the biggest clones I have grown

So it is summer the top tips of plant is looking like more 3 leafs and the odd one leaf put the strange thing it is still in preflower so it is December here and still have 2 months to go before it comes into bud
