outdoor experimenting

so ive got a few bog seeds had 4 killed a sprout under and hps light. -.-
im growing indoor but wondering if its too cold to grow just one sour bubble or boggle gum out side? i get about 12 hours of sun and 12 hours of darkness..? anyone able to tell me if its a waste of time??

You didn't even state how cold it is, or which climate you are in.
Unless you are in Mexico or farther south, it's going to be too cold.
