Outdoor Growing Experts: Sexing Advice

Hi again everyone

So I'm about 3-4 weeks in to my guerilla grow operation here in New England. The strain is Purple Power hailing from Amsterdam. I've read that when you reach 6-8 nodes you can begin the sexing process of pulling out the male plants.

Here are 2 photos my partner took today (He's closer to the grow site):

He said they are taller than the photo shows (apparently 6-8 inches)...

Anyone have any experience sexing in a guerilla grow operation? What's my best option to pull the male plants? From the research I've done it seems like there's 2 options:
1. The one where you tie the leaves back (if anyone could explain this more indepth I can't find one online...)
2. Just wait until the plants flower to find out if they are male or female

Ideas?

Number two sounds most logical, even though we all hate the wait. And I get "403 Forbidden" when i attempt to view the images.

I'd just wait. Unless you can take some clones indoors, then sex them, that can give you a jump start, but you'll still have to wait 10 days.

It's been about 4 weeks we were a bit late in planting. Anyone have ideas on when the flowering will begin if we are in New England (Massachusetts)?

Mid July - August.
