A hybrid plant that buds outdoors at my latitude by late July -- all mine do/are -- will most assuredly be flowering outdoors here in April. It isn't about a seed bed, it's just how the photo period and cannabis work. Now, if you start from seed outdoors you can put them out a little earlier than if you start indoors under extra light then put them outside all at once in a shorter photoperiod than you were using indoors, I understand that, but not really what I'm talking about. This is my experience on my end of the state.
