Outdoor plants stopped growing

I have about 30 plants outdoors, and they all stopped growing. They have not shown hardly any new growth in the last month and a half. They grew maybe an inch in that time. The plants look healthy, and there is not really any signs of any problems, they just stopped growing. Does anyone know why this could be?

Stopped growing how ? Are they indica and already 3-4 feet or sativa at 1 foot ? Do you know what they are ? More info

They are hybrids, and they are about a foot and a half tall. I also have a couple saliva strains that were planted at different times, and are different heights, but stopped at the same time as the other plants.

Did they start to flower?

Been my experience that stunted growth with healthy looking plants is genetics or root bound. May have happened before you transplanted outside. Maybe your in hard soil ? I've seen this before.

What would you suggest?

My experience says there is nothing you can do to remedy this now that it has happened . A transplant now will either kill or hermie it. Continue to give your plants water,nutes,sun, and hope they keep healthy. Your yield will suffer but it is what it is. I don't know anything about your terrain or situation but I always dig huge holes,loosen up soil and add my soil mix to the hole.
