Go for it my man I actually have this set up sept this is my size shed. 15x10x9 I built a room using 2x4’s used actual insulation,7ml panda film covered by sheet rock with 3/4 inch insulation sheeting using up back half 7z10 and made my ceiling 8 ft. I have a regular door that opens and used insulation foam pieces around door to seal. I have a light proof vent on bottom of door I had a 100amp box and breakers added to inside of shed through floor coming from house under the ground in insulated pipes. I have a 10,000 btu mr.cool mini split inside the grow room. I have a 4x4 flower tent on left side of room with Darkflo light blockers for vents on tent. Other side of room I have a 2x3x3 veg tent with my 8 lamp 2ft t5 HO light small space heater and a 4” exhaust fan on a controller and I have my Spider Farm 4000 getting the HLG 550 v2 RSPEC soon with a 6” AC Infinity Cloudline series temp/humidity controller I keep the mr cool follow option (remote) up on canopy and intake comes from the bottom 3 vents. I also have a 3x3 for drying my flower out to get a second drying tent. I exhaust out through top of room and out w/booster to help going out bottom of floor on side of room you walk through and heat disperses perfectly so good luck with infared lol... I also have a 6” intake coming into room next to exhaust with a hepa filter on intake coming from bottom side of shed. Intake set on timer for every 15min even tho I have intake on bottom of door it helps with my co2 level doing this. Might even upgrade flower tent but my set up is perpetual and so easy. I have my 70 Pint set up towards ceiling on stand and hose running down and out and collects in a sealed bucket on outside of shed(no bugs nada gets into it and I reuse it when it’s full about 20 gallons. I have a lil cabinet for nutes and a small table to work on plants. It cost a little bit and I use the front 8ft of shed for my landscaping business equipment so I’m in and out all day every day and I shut the doors to shed and lock from inside and I also work on my equipment in shed so nobody is suspicious of the electric and noise tho your really don’t hear a thing. I have cameras around my property 1 over doors to get in 1 in each room any movement inside my shed iPhone notifies me immediately also installed 2 wi-if cameras inside my tents both have night vision. can’t smell a thing or hear a thing been doing this for years not legal yet where I live. But snow doesn’t melt on my roof in winter and the hot exhaust air goes under shed to begin with but is also winds up going into my compost pile that I make my own awesome top soil I use on customers properties and love it. So the heat helps break the compost warm and it steams in winter lol but I to grow for myself only sometimes I’ll have my close friends come to me but have NO!! Clue I grow it lol just know I got

Nice setup! I'm still deciding how I will set it up but getting there. I recently started on the build. Used left over lumber from a recent house renovation so at least so far it has been free. Getting power run won't be though.
I did decide to do a little bit different than initially. I bought a Titan 2 burner for co2 and the autopilot F90 controller. Also decided I am only going to use the back 12ft of the space and leave the front for mixed storage. So dimensions are actually 12x9.5ft
So far I have the wall built, door installed and setting up all the wiring inside. I'm a little farther along than the picture suggests but not terribly much. I have some back issues so the work is slow going.

Yea take your time I literally held off growing for a year just to make sure my room was perfect. I had a few inside and in a few random hidden outdoor spots but now I have a room that I can master my environment and it’s more then enough medicine for me and my fiancé and close friends. Literally make my electric bill back from few close friends who grab off me and up grades to room here n there. But it’s awesome I can go in room anytime and just chill and smoke take care of the ladies. Outside the room I take of my landscaping equipment and nobody has a clue the AAA+ flower that comes out the shed...lol

The build has truly begun! I am excited. Still need an electrician to come out to install and run a new 100a panel but insulation and inside wiring is done!
Inside I have 5 circuits currently.
1. 240v 20a for minisplit
2. 240v 20a for 2 HLG 550 rspec
3. 120v 20a for 2 315 cmh and co2 gen
4. 120v 20a for right wall outlet (fans, misc. Etc)
5. 120v 20a for left wall outlets
We have 2.5-3 inches closed cell spf to seal the room and insulate. Looking good!

Nah I'm paying someone. Got the job declined by a couple electrician companies before one said they were down to do it due to the pandemic. Getting 100a run to the shed. They all commented on the 10 wire, but they said it wouldn't be a problem. The room isnt getting permitted or inspected. The electrical running to and the subpanel will be tho. I have no intention of using 100a but it allows me to upgrade and do other things with the power in my yard.
I added up all the wattage/amperage of the equipment and it looks like i'll be using below 50 amp spread out among 5 circuits in the room.

Good stuff man. Yea I had a family member who owns his own electric company added a 100 amp sub panel to the shed between my grow room and the front end I use for my landscaping business equipment I’m lucky if I use 65-70 but nice to have the extra 30amps just in case. Didn’t need to get a permit or anything and my shed is not on a permanent slab so no permit needed for that either. Weird how local codes change township to township or county

Well shed now has power. I need to hook up all the circuits and the minisplit will be installed next week. Hopefully I got everything I need. I'll be doing something to the floor in the near future. This grow room is coming out nice but expensive lol

If your getting a mini split or have hopefully yours has the follow me option on remote I had one and I would hang the remote with string from ceiling in the middle of all my plants at canopy level. I also would have a temp controller with the probe kept at bottom of pot towards the outside or furthest from remote hanging. It controlled a little heater so I kept the root zone area or floor area in general nice for the roots to grow it was over kill but it absolutely works imo. But the mini split is going to do most of the work. I’d put a electric I’d put 2 multi plug outlets at ceiling for lights and a few around the sides(walls) one on each side for fans dehumidifier and all the extra stuff needed to control your environment. But hell yea my shed cost big $$$$ but it pays for itself in the long run so don’t sweat it very happy for you my fellow growmie

I have a mr cool advantage 9k minisplit, which is being installed on friday. I don't think it has a remote sensor. I do plan on using it's own system to control the temperature. While I have the autopilot F90 controller, it is a 120v not 240v like my minisplit and lights. I plan on using it to run the co2 generator. I might use it to run the CMH side lights as well. I have a dehumidifier, have to buy a humidifier if needed. I haven't decided if I am going to run the dehumidifier through the controller or not. I want to run the exhaust once a night for a little while but also have it set to turn on if the temperature gets too high. Not sure how to do that yet.

I use to run cmh’s and Hps but now all quantum boards just bought 2 HLG 550 v2 Rspec’s and a SF 4000

I have 2 of those 550s as well. Gonna do a combination of those 2 over a 4x8 and the cmh on one side as side lighting (only have the 4 lights and couple 130w hlgs for clones and veg)

Well the room is finished! I wish I had more headspace, but it is what it is. Still have more to do but the room is finished and i am ready to use it. If anyone has any suggestions or anything, please give em to me. Thanks for all the suggestions and help I've already been given!
