outdoor stretching plants

Please help I planted my outdoor on 4/15 now they are about 4 feet tall, but the stems are very stretching. Should I pull them and start all over ?

Why not just supercrop, top, or lst them? No need to yank em. Dont want all that veg time go to waste.

How do you supercrop ? I top them already. I am stressed out about them, They are great genetics.

When you do it just make sure to pinch just til you feel a crunch and then bend it down. Try to keep the outer layer of the stem intact. But if you dont pinch hard enough the stem will just stand straight back up.

Do they look like they are not growing right ?

They look ok
Have you sexed them yet?
They have a OG type of stretch to them

They are all females, there is two OG the other ones are shebert and wedding cake.
