Outdoor to indoor

I just started seeds that I had bought to grow outdoors. Due to some new neighbors, I think it best to move indoors. I have a sound set up but will I have a problem using outdoor seeds indoors?

not really they just wont grow and produce to full potential because they are meant to grow outdoors
