I think it was the bulbs that burned it. End stage flowering, sacrifice the leaves for the flower. A good strategy. Some Cal-mag in your feeding with help with those rust spots Retiredengineer.
Have you tried terpinator???I think it was the bulbs that burned it. End stage flowering, sacrifice the leaves for the flower. A good strategy.
Good stuff. But RetiredEngineer has grown more than I’ll ever grow. His stuff is impressive. I think it’s the densest stuff I’ve ever seen. Gotta look up to see the forest instead do the trees.Have you tried terpinator???
Forester is the best. Thinking About getting some from Oregon next year, you seen how big the trees are there.Good stuff. But RetiredEngineer has grown more than I’ll ever grow. I tried Dr Earth for the first time and used it at recommend dosage but I've never done any organic gardening before so when it went into stretch and started showing some deficiency signs all I could really treat it with was some epson salt and then I just let it ride pretty much. I top dressed with Dr Earth again halfway through flower and added two more inches of ocean forest but it seemed to stay stunted after I sprayed it with the 3 in 1 spray stuff I used. I won't be using that in flower again. I burnt a bunch of pistils and sure it killed the mites and leaf septoria but it did too much damage. I'll try citric acid next time and do better management in veg for sure. I'm just happy to be sitting my last night of guard duty before chop in the morning.P addition is an interesting quandary. It’s a nutrient that will eventually run out and no new P will be created. Life’s bottleneck as some say. Which then leads you to believe that all P addition methods would be considered organic.
You could always check with your local hardware store for some Level 2 bio-compost. Since you can’t destroy P, it ends up in the solid stream at a wastewater plant. Many then process it and recover, and sell it. They call it Struvite Recovery.
What is Forester? Is it a bloom additive or fertilizer?Forester is the best. Thinking About getting some from Oregon next year, you seen how big the trees are there.
soil from a forest in Oregon. Preferably next to a water fallWhat is Forester? Is it a bloom additive or fertilizer?
Next time try bt all the way until last week of harvest. It’s like setting off nuclear bomb on any leaf eating bug it expands in side it’s intestines and starves to death. Flys, Caterpillars and grass hoppers. Thanks for the compliment...this is a great hobby to learn and experiment...I agree the 10,000k bulbs prolly made the plant go into hyperdrive and start flowering again. I took the plant down the other day, and the flowers at the end of the stalks were vivid green, and filled with emerging pistils. The rest of the plant was turning a dark brown. I think I had a plant with lots of new growth with cloudy tricromes emerging at the top, and mostly all amber at the bottom..should make for an interesting mix. I’m still looking for the sweet spot for the 10,00k bulbs (when to start, how long, with what other lights etc...). Lots of people will tell ya they don’t have any benefit, but from the 2 times I used them I’ve seen bigger and denser bud clusters.Good stuff. But RetiredEngineer has grown more than I’ll ever grow. Use some guano and bloodmeal and some stuff called Orca or Great white and they grow hugeFinally legal in Virginia. Somewhere on the So.Side. Girl Scout Cookies. First plants in many years. View attachment 4942633View attachment 4942634
Try some stuff called orca during vegg it work wellBasking in the sun surrounded by aromatic plants that repel pests; basil, rosemary, cilantro, marigolds, alum (member of garlic family). Might work, might not, but I’ll get some great herbs (ha ha ha) out of it
awesome looking plant!
I’ll check out Orca thanks - I start all my plants with a good shot of Great Whit’s early in their life.Try some stuff called orca during vegg it work well
I admire the effort and care you’ve put unto this season’s grow. Outdoors ain’t no picnic (but most picnics are outdoors). You gonna be in trim jail for a while soon. I’ve never too much minded trimming - good strong cup ‘o coffee, a magic brownie or two, some good tunes and sharp shears.I took the lean to down and had the girls out on Monday when we weren't supposed to get any rain and I got caught with a surprise mist/drizzle while I was getting my 4 hours of sleep for the day. They got soaked. However, in total I've only lost four little buds so far during this entire oddysey of 98% humidity and no sunlight for over a week to budrot and now we get 2 more days of sun and 85 degrees on Friday so I can bud wash them.
Going through seed packs last night I found out I mislabeled the pots and I've been growing blueberries x bag of oranges not Bag of Oranges so it has blue dream and hash plant genetics crossed with the bag of oranges and should be good heavy indica meds especially since I took them this long. It helps explain the super sticky trichomes, it's the hash plant coming through. I stripped them all down to bare bones and chop is Friday.
I've narrowed it down to Bubba Trouble for sure if I do autos and if I do photo periods it's so much harder. Guamanian Gardens gave me these seeds- white chocolate cherry truffle and Steve Lemme OG X TK and then I have some BOG Sour Bubble seeds I wanted to run since he passed away this past year and I can't get any more of his killer meds. I also have some mint chocolate trip, blueberries and boo, boo x chemD by Useful Seeds and some super strawberry diesel by Hazeman that is good to run in the winter time when pests aren't as big of a problem. So with a four plant max and a 4x4 tent and a 2x4 tent to operate in I'm still at a loss. I could always do the bubba trouble in the 2x4 by itself and try to setup a separate grow area for autos. I have my grow area in my son's old room and my daughter moved out a long time ago. Her room is just storage. I would just have to light proof two windows and her door and I'd have another grow room I could use for autos. Next time my son's home to visit I'll have him help me clean out some of the furniture in there we don't need and I'm going to panda film those windows. I can also use it for males if I get a Sour Bubble male. I don't know crap about breeding but I know I only have 9 of BOG's Sour Bubble seeds left and a few other BOG strains and I need to try and make some more if I can. That strain is amazing pain medicine and flowers so fast. If not and I get a nice female maybe I'll try keeping a mother room in there and I'll keep a clone of the Sour Bubble for a mother plant.
