Wanted to show you my girls, growing at 56 n lat. Found this spot last year, it's like 40m from water channel, what farmers made in 30's for crop irrigation, so it's really easy to get water for my girls and its crystal clear..so it's much better from my last spot, where i needed to bring water from my house..what was pain in the ass.
About fertilizers, have been using fox farm trio (big bloom, grow big, tiger bloom) and the other trio (open sesame, beastie bloomz, cha ching).. At the moment i use beastie bloomz, tiger bloom and Bio Bloom, because my fox farm big bloom ended 2 weeks ago, so have been replacing it with bio bloom, which i have from last year. Also planning to water some Atami Bio-Bloomblastic after im done with beastie bloomz schedule.
I had huge amount of seeds from my last years Pineapple Chunk, what i planted under lights indoor in early March, some even in February and January, at the beggining i thought i will manage only with them, in April i found out that AmsterdamMarijuanaSeedBank was giving away 20 "Frankenshtein" seeds with every order, what i found tempting, So i made a order for 10 regular seeds of "Bianca", which i also found tempting, because it was breeded from 3 very good strains - white widow, white queen and afghani. I had 7 of them after germination, 3 of them were loving the sun in my yard, other 4 was in the "spot" and they all looked freakin awesome all summer long, but then the blooming came and all of them were boys..ALL OF THEM. Actually i found that interesting that there was no info or grows about the strain in forums, when i ordered them, but there are so many out there and it was pretty new..so why not try. In summer i found some guy writing that he had 3 Biancas and he had the same problem as me.
I don't think i will try that strain again.
But for good, i had those 20 Frankensteins. I planted 7 in the spot ( 3 of them were males), and 4 i have in random spots, where they are living by their own, i planted them out after they were about 15 cm tall and around half of May and haven't checked them ever since. And left some Frankies for some indoor grow. There also are 3 Pineapple chunk's at the "spot" and couple more at random places. There was four ~ 1 m tall Chunk's when i planted them at those random spots in May, and they were pretty strong so i think they will manage on their own.
First six pictures are of unknown strains, but i have some ideas what it could be.
1. In the right i have my favorite plant, it has really great smell ( i would call that old-school smell, if you know what i mean), i'm really looking forward to it. In left, idk even if u can see, but there is this smaller plant and it have that lemon aroma.
2 and 3. Some early buds from that Old-school aroma plant.
4. This plant was like 20 cm tall and 10 cm wide till late august, but it made some interesting form and spread really wide, but still is like 30-40 cm tall and i don't think it will get any bigger. And a last week and a half it has started to produce buds, which has really intense smell, actually i find it kind of disturbing. I would say it's some kind of cheese, but i'm not expert.
5. Do not underestimate these small stinkies.. Actually i don't think this girl will mature enough till the first frost comes.
6. I don't have a clue what this strain could be, but it's really sticky and i'm planning to use to make some bubble hash, so i ordered BubbleBagDude's bubble bags and can't wait to try them. And i have over fertilized this plant
, so i'm flushing it with clear water for last days
7. And this is my "royal" Pineapple chunk. Made some more pictures, but the quality is so shitty i don't even want to post them, but have 2 plants like these about 2,5 tall and one not so happy plant, which got place behind the "monsters".
These all are 4 days old pictures, the bouds have double sized in these days.
They all are pretty early and need at least 4 weeks till finish, i think, except that cheesy which i think need atleast 6 weeks. Biggest worries are about frosts, forecast for next two weeks don't show any big changes - about 13-18°, and next week there is prognosis for 20 ° +, which is nice. That's how far i can see in my local forecast, but all can happen.
I wish all the patience and goodygoods!
