I've Ordered 24 Substrate jars from them. Any one tried them before?

They are half pint jars with pre sterilized substrate. Brown rice flower liquid worm castings but b12 rye grain and vermiculite. The jars have a gas exchange flap and a self healing injection port cover. How. Many ccs from a spore syringe do I need to inoculate one of these?

5 cc minimum. I use Liquid Culture though

Never less than 2cc. Why dont you try to make LC? A cc of Spore is enough to inoculate a litre or more. You just will need honey and water. 4 - 5 % of honey and that is all...
