All three of rd's hazes look great. I may get a pack of each
Great bunch of plants! I hope they turn out ok for you and I absolutely love that snake you found! Looks like some kind of garter from here. That's a phase of garter, assuming that it is a garter, that I have never seen before. Gorgeous!Took a handful of cuts the other day. Gonna keep an eye on the gg and if it starts aggressively popping hairs I'll throw them under a light and flower them out. View attachment 3704438

It's a garter. We have some real cool phases of them here. One is a gold color that the stripes are barely visible.Great bunch of plants! We have them around also. Very right. Amazing colorsThere is a blue phase Garter that can be found in the eastern part of the U.S. that is stunning! It looks basically the same as the snake that you posted but instead of the gold color it's blue! Absolutely beautiful!
I'm not sure exactly what kind of snakes those are but they are very pretty! We have a outside ribbon snake that lives by my wife's pond and feeds on the tadpols. She named it Max. It's a common ribbon and extremely tame. In fact, when it rains a lot he comes up on the front porch and rests on the railing and then kind of hides out in the plants. As he is moving on the railing, you can put your hand down next to it and it will smell your hand and then comes right up to you. He's really neat!
Stupid question: Do you weave the plant on the screen as it grows or do you just let it grow through the screen and let it grow anyway that it wants? I'm trying to get a feel for scrogging because I plan on doing my inaugural scrog this winter and would really like to know what I am doing before I commit myself to the project.
It gets weave through the screen. As the branches grow they will get zip tied to it until shortly after flower. I'll have an smaller mesh going over it soon. This was just to keep them flatStupid question: Do you weave the plant on the screen as it grows or do you just let it grow through the screen and let it grow anyway that it wants?
