i was having an issue with root rot and algae, so i was told spray peroxide. i tried a diluted mix which didnt work too well, i then sprayed a straight peroxide on the algae and roots while also clearexing the day after. i came to find a bunch of dead plants, some of which the whole stem was white as bone. the new growth looks like its coming along kinda well but the rest of the plant looks dead is there anyway i can bring them back to life? someone please get back asap... THANKS

Well let's start by explaining the algae. Algea grows where there is light and moisture. Algea can compete with your roots for oxygen and basically suffocate your roots. If the algea isn't on your roots then you need not worry. Just be sure to block light from your roots or Rez.
Now the peroxide... Peroxide isn't an instant fix. Basically hydrogen peroxide (h2o2) is an unstable molecule willing to get rid of the extra oxygen elemental atom. When you mix water and peroxide, it releases an excess of oxygen, which can is either used by roots, or it attacks other elements in order to reach a molecular balance.
Basically when using peroxide, use it in the recommended doses once or twice a day until you see increased health and vigor. It's a process rather than an instant fix.
I don't think there's hope for these plants since the delicate roots are probably scorched, but you at least know better now.

thanks for all the great information bud i know now and won't let it happen again just fish there was something i could do to save them...
