over water ?

I think this is over watered but the soil isn't that wet after yesterday I also sprayed with some soap water only two drops of soap someone told me it would work because I had gnats which are gone now and I caught a few lady bugs that are in love with my plant anyways here are some pics of what they look like.KINDLE_CAMERA_1386201313000.jpgKINDLE_CAMERA_1386201377000.jpgKINDLE_CAMERA_1386201374000.jpgand no it's not yellow just my flash

i've never heard of spraying plants with soapy water for fungus gnats. i have heard of adding it to foliar nutrient sprays though.

Well too late now I don't even think it was fungus gnats just weird camoflauge bugs that looked like fruit flys one of them ate my leaf maybe I'll just wait a couple of days see what happens.

The slight curve to your leaf structure is indicative of over-watering. Yours don't look too bad so good air circulation is all I'd recommend. Leaf structure does vary a little by strain so don't take my word as gospel, and whatever other caveats about not knowing anything else about what you are doing!

In case you are interested the reason you add a couple drops of soap is to break the surface tension of the water, soap acts as a surfactant. Sometimes liquids can just ball up and roll off the leaf. With a few drop of soap added, the surface tension is broken and the water "sheets" and sticks to the leaves.
