Over watered

I have 3 girls in the tent and I’m on week 8, 2 are thriving and just waiting for the pistols to recede and are looking beautiful but one I know is over watered cause the pot felt heavier than my other girls as I lift the pots to check weight before I water and I made the mistake of watering as normal
And I got some droop but I left it longer untill
It was fully dry and it looked like it bounced back but I when I came to watering I watered that one less, now it seems to have gone back to dropping and some leaves lower down are just hanging and the plant is definitely behind the others on growing/maturing, Im asking if I should just chop
That one incase it dies then I’m not loosing anything but a less potent smoke?

So there’s the plant that’s not doing so well then one I posted on here the other day that’s doing good in my eyes just for comparison
