LOL shit i did miss it. Right on the end. So in Fabric pots yeah you will water daily. Make sure to water with a whetting agent so the sides dont get super crusty. Then when your ready graduate to Grassroots living soil pots. What feed are you planning on using? Or are you doing really small plants?
Earth Dust (highly recommended by Well Known Member who's been helping me more than I deserve). First run with organic. And growing out a 4x2 and a 4x8. small winter grow. Six 7 gallon and two 5 gallon .. PXL_20211106_211305549.jpg

He can also get some shipping wrap and wrap all but the bottom like 3 inches and it would emulate a grassroots pot for the most part. But their pots are really nice, I definitely recommend them over normal fabric pots.

Nice! Have you ever looked into Earthboxes? For a small winter grow you should check them out. They really good for organics with small soil volume. You can easily no till them for a year or 2 then dump half them out and mix in some fresh. Those Fabric pots are going to give you headaches. IMO fabric pots under 15 gallon should be left to the coco dtw guys. again only my opinion.
For me, I used to say that you barely have enough soil for 2 pots doing organics. But Jeremy over at buildasoil is crushing some 5 gallon pots. He's using blue gold fusion flower and a dripper system. Its on his 10x10 Youtube series S2.

Im too lazy for all that.

Already planning for next year's grow with this type of pot .. and yeah, the small fabric pots are a pain. So seems like grassroots makes these earth boxes, one of those? Edit:.. found them .. earthbox. interesting concept there. I'd probably do one of the grassroots large square pots before trying one of those.

I showed you a 4x4 Living soil bed.
Earthboxes hold about 10 gallons, but they are a top-dress reservoir system.

Dont do a 4x4 bed unless you can easily get around at least 3 sides of it. In hindsite and space I should have rotated one of my tents so I could get in on a third side easier. For now the wife squeezes in there for tending on that tent lol. Keep in mind that bed is 220 gallons of soil/mulch. So if you do somethng like that, make sure it can handle the weight. Living soil properly moistened will weight around 10 lbs per gallon. 2200lbs is ok over a wide area. But if you over water that can jump up to 4000lbs. Dont have it in the attic. lol.

Well...after reading that...my 7 gallon pots ain't to bad ...lol ... I'm sure there's pros and cons to both. I might PM you later on, have a few questions about that 4x4 bed.

Oh for sure. If I liked to play in my garden id do earth boxes for sure. But im lazy. LOL.
CHeck my sig, I have 2 links to both of the 4x4 bed journals I run. One is a purely living soil cootz syle (and my journal record). The soil in that bed is 7 years old and has had 24 runs through it. The other is done with a hugel kulture style. 9 months old, only one run through it. I took a break during the summer. About to drop 10 different strains in there looking for a couple of keepers for some breeding antics.
