over watering?

i was testing PH levels yesterday and for whatever reason i couldn't get it where it needed to be but that also caused me to have to keep watering the plant (it's in soil) and with that being said now today after it's had it sleep it very droppy and a little wilted.
the question is do i just let the soil dry up a little bit or it i go completely overboard with the watering and just killed it.

One "episode"is not overwatering, that's the same thing that happens, out-doors, when it rains. Overwatering is doing what you did every time you water - and doing it so frequently that the soil never dries out enough to let the roots "breath".

well by the looks of the plant it's dead, the leaves are wilted and dried and all falling off and this happened right after i wat3er it the other day, so does anyone have any idea why this could of happen.
could it of been me wile i was balancing the PH levels, the reason why i ask is so i never kill another flowering plant again

Well when in soil what you want to do is run some plain water through the pot and then check the pH of the run off...let's say it is 8 and you want it at 7...then when you water you would water with a mix around pH of 6...and that would even things out...I only check my runoff pH once with a batch of soil...because once I check it I know what to do to my water before giving it to the plant...
As for overwatering, just let the pot get super super light before you next water.
